The Daily Clash tracks public figures, corporations, and institutions using sourced evidence — entity profiles, media accountability scores, scandal timelines, and relationship mapping. We curate and connect information that already exists and make it easy to understand.

Free users get daily lookups and recent event access. Paid subscribers unlock the full archive, unlimited research tools, API access, and an ad-free experience.

Account responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Do not share your account or API keys.

Acceptable use: You may not use The Daily Clash to harass individuals, distribute content scraped from the platform without attribution, or circumvent rate limits or access controls.

Content accuracy: We strive for accuracy in all reporting and entity data. All claims are sourced. If you believe content is inaccurate, contact us at support@thedailyclash.com.

Modifications: We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.

Paid subscriptions (Plus and Pro) are billed monthly. You can cancel at any time from your account settings.

When you cancel: Your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged again. You retain access to all paid features until the period ends, at which point your account reverts to the Free tier.

Failed payments: If a payment fails, your account enters a 72-hour grace period. If the payment is not resolved within that window, your subscription is downgraded to Free.

We do not issue partial refunds for unused time within a billing period. Since you can cancel at any time and retain access through the end of your paid period, there is no penalty for canceling.

Exceptions: If you were charged in error or experienced a technical issue that prevented you from using paid features for a significant portion of your billing period, contact us at support@thedailyclash.com and we will review your case.

Data we collect: Account information (email, display name), subscription status, and anonymous usage analytics. We do not sell your data to third parties.

Payment processing: Payments are handled by Stripe. We never store your credit card number. Stripe's privacy policy applies to payment data.

Cookies: We use essential cookies for authentication only. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising pixels, or third-party analytics that track you across sites.

Data retention: Account data is retained while your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting support@thedailyclash.com.
